14 days for a service contract
If you are a consumer and conclude a distance service contract with us, you generally have 14 days from conclusion to withdraw without giving a reason. Sending an enquiry is not concluding a contract and does not start that period. The statutory 14-day consumer right does not apply to business clients.
If mandatory withdrawal information was not provided, the law may extend the period by up to 12 months; a statutory new period applies if the information is supplied later. The pre-contract information for your specific agreement will explain the applicable rights.
How to notify us
Send a clear withdrawal statement to business@safonmarketing.info or by post to SafonMarketing OÜ, Keskallee 25-7, Järve linnaosa, Kohtla-Järve linn, Ida-Viru maakond, 30321, Estonia. It is enough to send the statement before the period ends. We recommend keeping proof of sending.
The sample below is optional: no special form or reason is required. A clear withdrawal statement sent through the general contact form is also treated as a withdrawal notice, and receipt is acknowledged without delay on a durable medium.
Starting work before the period ends
To start a paid service during the withdrawal period, we request a separate express request from the consumer. Sending an enquiry or reading the privacy notice is not that request.
If you then withdraw before the service is complete, a proportionate amount for the service actually supplied up to withdrawal may be payable, subject to the legal conditions. Starting work alone does not justify that charge where the required information or express early-start request was missing.
Completed services and refunds
For a paid service, the right is lost before 14 days only once the service has been fully performed with the required prior express consent and acknowledgement that full performance ends the right. A bespoke marketing or design service is not automatically excluded merely because it is custom work.
For a valid withdrawal, refundable payments are returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, and without a refund fee. A proportionate service charge lawfully due may be taken into account. Separate rules may apply to digital content and must be explained before the relevant contract.
Optional sample withdrawal statement
To: SafonMarketing OÜ, Keskallee 25-7, Järve linnaosa, Kohtla-Järve linn, Ida-Viru maakond, 30321, Estonia; business@safonmarketing.info.
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following service: [service and contract reference]. Contract concluded on: [date]. Consumer name: [name]. Consumer address: [address]. Date of notice: [date]. Consumer signature: [only for a notice sent on paper].
If online contracting is introduced
The current website cannot conclude a contract, so it has no purchase-related withdrawal-button workflow. If consumer contracting through an online interface is introduced, an easily found and usable 'Withdraw from the contract' function must remain available throughout the withdrawal period, with a confirmation step and an immediate durable receipt stating the notice's content, date and time. This obligation has applied in Estonia since 1 September 2026.
Introducing that function does not remove the right to notify withdrawal through other legally permitted means.
