From enquiry to quotation
Service descriptions invite a discussion about a possible project. An enquiry, its technical acknowledgement or an introductory conversation is not a paid order or consent to begin paid services.
Before work starts, the parties separately agree the scope, deliverables, timetable, price, taxes, payment arrangements and other relevant terms. A service contract is concluded by separate agreement between the parties, not through this website form.
Prices and outcomes
Pricing depends on the agreed scope. A consumer quotation must clearly state the total including applicable taxes and unavoidable additional charges, or how it is calculated. Third-party costs, such as advertising spend, must be explained separately.
Marketing and design outcomes depend on factors including the market, offer, budget and client input. Website descriptions do not guarantee a particular sales result, search ranking or campaign outcome. This does not reduce our obligation to perform the agreed contract properly.
Responsible use and materials
Please provide relevant, accurate information and share only material you are entitled to use. Do not use the form for spam, malware, infringing others' rights or deliberately disrupting the service.
The website's text, design and visuals are subject to applicable rights. You may browse the website and share its link. Other reuse requires permission from the rights holder except where the law permits it. Rights to work created for a project are agreed separately.
