Who is this information for?
A consumer is an individual acting outside their trade, business or profession. Ordering for a company or professional activity is generally not a consumer transaction. Business-client rights follow the agreement and applicable law.
This website is enquiry-only: no service contract is concluded and no payment is taken here. Sending an enquiry does not waive your rights or create a payment obligation.
Before an agreement
Before a consumer is bound, we provide the specific service's main characteristics, total price or calculation method, additional costs, performance and payment arrangements, duration and relevant termination and complaint information. For a distance contract, this includes applicable withdrawal information and the model form.
The agreement and required information are confirmed on a durable medium, such as an email you can retain. A link to an editable webpage alone does not replace that confirmation.
If there is a problem with the service
The service must meet the agreement and legal requirements. Tell us about a defect, describe the problem and the solution you seek. Depending on the legal conditions, remedies may include proper performance or correction, a price reduction, withdrawal from the contract or compensation.
These pages do not replace or limit statutory remedies. The nature of the service and specific contract determine the applicable remedy and time limits.
Making a complaint
Send a complaint to business@safonmarketing.info or SafonMarketing OÜ, Keskallee 25-7, Järve linnaosa, Kohtla-Järve linn, Ida-Viru maakond, 30321, Estonia. Include your name, reply contact, project or contract details, the problem, your requested solution and relevant evidence. You can also call +372 5616 7063.
Receipt of a consumer complaint made in writing or a reproducible written form is acknowledged. The law generally requires a reply in the same form and information about the solution within 15 days. Where a justified delay is necessary, its reason and a new reasonable deadline must be provided. Refusal of a claim must be explained.
If no agreement is reached
If you first contact us but the dispute remains unresolved, you may apply to the independent Consumer Disputes Committee operating at Estonia's Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority, where the dispute falls within its competence. Information and application instructions: https://ttja.ee/tarbijavaidluste-komisjon . Applications must meet the requirements explained there.
For a cross-border consumer dispute within the EU, Norway or Iceland, your national European Consumer Centre can provide information and assistance. You also retain access to the competent courts. We do not claim membership of a private mediation or certification scheme.
